Tickle Cove is on the same road as Open Hall and Red Cliff off Route 235 on the Bonavista Peninsula.

Tickle Cove has an amazing Sea Arch that is now being featured in some of the famous Newfoundland Tourism commercials. It also served as a backdrop for the fishing scene in the movie ‘The Grand Seduction’. As you drive into town, the lane-way to the Sea Arch parking area is on your left. Once you park there is a short trail that takes you to the Sea Arch. On you way you’ll notice lots of interesting geology.

Also in Tickle Cove, you’ll find Molly Tobin’s painted rock quilt, next to her house. To see a news clip about Molly’s quilt, click here.
