Miles Cove is on Sunday Cove Island along with Port Anson. You take Route 381 from Robert’s Arm and get onto the island by a causeway. You’ll see mussel farms near the causeway.
There’s a government pier and several fishing boats. It’s a pretty place to take pictures.
