This list starts in the SW corner of Newfoundland near Port aux Basques, NL. The list moves from from South to North, assuming you were heading towards L’Anse aux Meadows or Southern Labrador, following the Trans Canada to Deer Lake and then up the Viking Trail North. The B&Bs after the Labrador locations are arranged from West to East, following the Trans Canada (TCH) from Deer Lake towards St. John’s.

Many of these communities can only be reached by a single secondary road. The juncture of the secondary road to the Trans Canada will determine the placement of the business in our list.

Some Tips:

• It’s a good idea to make reservations, especially in July and August.
• Some places are open year round, others are not. It is always a good idea to call ahead.
• Most accommodations are operated by the owners themselves. They are the best source of information you will find!
• Google maps doesn’t always have places to stay listed, or  have them in the correct location. When you get close you can ask anyone for directions.
