Triton is located on Triton Island. You cross a pair of causeways through Pilley’s Island to get to Triton Island on Route 380.

Triton is a large enough community that you can find most services including gas and groceries.

Triton is an amalgamation of four small communities; Triton East, Triton West, Jim’s Cove and Card’s Harbour.

As you are driving into town, you’ll find the Sperm Whale Museum on the right. It’s a sister to the Humpback Whale Museum in King’s Point. When driving into Triton, you’ll see mussel farms. At the whale museum they also have displays, showing how they farm mussels in the area.

Triton has a harbour with numerous fishing boats and stages. It’s a great spot to take photos.

Continue into Triton East and you can drive to Freddies’s Lookout.

You can learn more about Triton on the town’s website.
