Trouty is a Trinity Bight community that you’ll find on the road from Trinity to New Bonaventure.
Trouty runs along both sides of a Salmon River. It’s joined by the highway bridge.
Trouty was heavily damaged in 2010 by Hurricane Igor. The bridge was completely destroyed and had to be replaced. You’ll find some pretty homes in Trouty along with a church and a bakery.
