From the Trans Canada, take Route 390 north towards Springdale. Route 391 takes you to King’s Point, Rattling Brook, Jackson’s Cove and Harry’s Harbour. Follow Route 392, for St. Patrick’s, Coffee Cove, Little Bay and Beachside.
The Alexander Murray Trail near King’s Point is one of our favorite Newfoundland Trails.
In King’s Point you’ll find a whale museum, pottery shop and By the Sea Inn and Cafe.
Rattling Brook Falls is an 800 foot waterfall that you can reach by a spectacular trail. Continue down the road to the town of Rattling Brook.
Jackson’s Cove is where you’ll find the Ocean View Trail to a sea arch on Green Bay.
Harry’s Harbour is at the end of Route 391. There’s an excellent walking trail that starts in town.
From the Trans Canada, take Route 380 to Robert’s Arm, Pilley’s Island, Triton and Brighton. Route 381 will take you to Port Anson and Mile’s Cove. From Pilley’s Island a ferry takes you to Long Island. Little Bay Islands is being resettled and the ferry service there will be coming to an end.
Little Bay Islands is a 30 minute ferry ride from Pilley’s Island.
Brighton is a town built on three different islands, just down the road from Triton.
