Branch is on the south side of the Avalon Peninsula at the entrance to St. Mary’s Bay. Branch is a one hour drive from Placentia on Route 100. Route 100 ends at Branch and continues as Route 92 along St. Mary’s Bay to North Harbour.
Branch is a pretty vibrant community with a busy harbour. Millions of pounds of crab come through Branch in the summer.
