Hay Cove is just off Route 436 very close to L’Anse aux Meadows.
We visited Hay Cove in June 2017 and the cove was filled with pack ice. This is unusually late. There was also a parade of icebergs in the Strait of Belle Isle.
Hay Cove has nice views of the coastline and surrounding islands.
